General Information

This retreat is for YOU. It is a time for you to rejuvenate and nourish your body and soul. In this unique and creative workshop you will explore the nature of your fears and habits that are not serving you anymore with loving kindness, gratitude, compassion, laughter, and creativity. In this retreat you will crack open physically through yoga, emotionally through going deeper into what is holding you back from your authentic self, and spiritually through meditation and mindfulness techniques. Life is full of transitions, these moments of change are perfect opportunities to crack open into your deepest power. It will be four days of relaxation, growth, creativity, and living a healthier lifestyle while have fun in Costa Rica. You deserve this gift to restore your body, mind, and spirit to its purest form.

This retreat is about making space to slow down to reflect on what is true for each of us. It will include topics around nourishing your mind and body. It will be about strengtening your self-esteem, fulfillment in work, and life balance. We will approach these areas through creativity, writing, yoga, nutrition, meditation, and therapeutic tools that will guide you to a deeper way of living.

The Teachers
Molly Carroll and Dalai Dama

Molly Carroll is a non-fiction writer, artist, educator, and therapist who holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. She is an expert in her field with over 20 years of experience in education and mental health. Molly wrote and developed the artistic self-help journal Cracking Open, which draws on her own professional and personal experience as a therapist, mother, and daughter, as well as her life in the small community of Bend, Oregon. Molly conducts popular workshops with women and families throughout the West Coast. She is a successful public speaker for teachers, administrators, and physicians, and was a speaker at the 2013 Muse conference: http://www.museconference.org/. Charlotte Hardwick has studied over 100 dietary theories with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Her teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Katz, and Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University. Charlotte empowers her clients to make changes in their lives and in their diets. She offers holistic health counseling, meal planning, and cooking classes. Charlotte guides her clients towards a healthier lifestyle by slowly crowding out unhealthy foods and replacing them with seasonal whole foods. Charlotte teaches yoga with compassion towards each individual. Her approach is to gently guide students to connect to their breath and movement in order to find freedom in their postures. The heart of her work is inspiring people to slow down and give their bodies what they need-both on the yoga mat and in the kitchen. By reserving your space through placing your deposit with us, you are agreeing to the stated policies in our Agreement.
