The Teacher

Heather Quinlan began her yoga journey to offer her body a reprieve from running. When she discovered the Bikram Yoga method in 2003, the practice deeply resonated with her. In 2012 she became a certified instructor.  Heather had a thriving career in horticulture but felt her truest calling was to become a full time traveling yoga teacher.

Heather is originally from Long Island, NY and has taught in studios across the United States, as well as, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico. She is passionate about sharing the therapeutic benefits of Bikram yoga and enjoys meeting new students through her travels. Her favorite lesson to share during the Bikram practice is to trust the process and accept that in yoga there is there is no finish line.

Heather is also a Wellness Coach certified by the Institute of Integrated Nutrition in NYC.  She believes in the nourishing your body is an integral part to balancing the mind in today’s busy world.
